The fourth round of 1/10 buggy Czech nationals series took place last weekend in Usti nad Labem. Home club did good job and prepared huge and nice astroturf track. We arrived on track on Friday for free practice. Track was little bit wet after Thursday rain so it was a bit difficult to make a good setup for the race day. However at the end of the day both my Orion powered XB2&XB4â™16 felt pretty good.
In 2wd qualifications I had a small tech. issue in the end of the run, but still finished 4th in the round. However in the 2nd &3rd round my XB2 gained TQ and so also the overall TQ.
In 4wd qualifications my XB4â™16 was dialled and TQed all three rounds to get overall TQ with Ales Bidovsky (XB4â™16) in second.
In 2wd finals my XB2 with Orion power continued in its dominance and won A1&A2 to take the overall win!

In 4wd A1 I made too many mistakes and finished 2nd. However the win in A2 meant it was all going to be decided in A3 between me and Ales. We had some good fights in A3 with a sporadic ending, which wasnâ™t fair in my opinion, but thatâ™s racing! Congratulations to Ales Bidovsky for the win and Roman Bilek for nice 3rd place overall â“ TOP 3 for XB4â™16!

In the end I want to congratulate organisers for a nice event, so far every race has been great, only referee could pay more attention to whatâ™s actually happening on the track next time! Thanks a lot to my parents and all my sponsors for their support!
